This is a service based on the ancient belief of a series of seven energy centers within the body. Chakra is the Sanskrit word for wheel. Chakra Balancing is believed to promote health by maximizing the flow of chi between these centers. We combine a mixture of Reiki, Crystal Work, and Sound Therapy to achieve this goal.

Wellness coaching sessions are designed to help anyone looking to make changes to any aspect of their approach to health in both the long and short-term. While we specialize in the ancestral approach to health and are supporters of the Paleo lifestyle, coaching sessions are available for anyone looking to get more information and a much more in-depth assessment of where they are, in terms of supplements and daily nutrition. If you are confused by what conventional wisdom has to offer for weight management or a variety of other health complaints, a coaching session may help provide you with a clean start! We want to truly educate you on everything from how to really understand supplement and food labels, how to shop smart for healthy food, how to accurately track macro nutrition, and even give tips on healthy cooking and food prep.

In an astrology session we will tap into the placements of celestial bodies using your birth location and time. In our time together we will have a conversation using planetary counsel to help in the understand of one’s self, life lessons and potential life paths.
